Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Answers concerns on rectification works and other client complains.
- Participates in the Home Owners Association meetings.
- Prepares and submits budget reports/request to PMD Manager.
- Recommends to PMD Manager an applicable amendment of an existing subdivision policy or a creation of a new policy.
- Coordinates with the Billing and Collection staff in the regular generation of SOAs for all unit owners.
- Ensures that bills and notices are properly distributed and received by all unit owners.
- Ensures that deposit slips of payments paid through banks or other payment partners are properly and timely endorsed to the PMD Manager and the Billing and Collections staff.
- Supervises all subdivision utilities, security guards and repair teams (QRT) in the execution of their tasks.
- Upkeeps the subdivision's sanitation, safety and the functionality of all its facilities.
- Facilitate the unit turn over to clients and unit rectification
- Attend to unit owners concern, inquiry and request.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Property Development/Real Estate Management, or any equivalent courses.
- 2 years experience in the property administration field.
- Ability to work independently, multitasking, organizes and able to communicate effectively with all levels of clients and customers.
- Good communication skills; can deal with customers.
