Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Address Tier 2 queries on Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
- Own the quality and timely completion of tier 2 work requests for Succession Planning and Employee engagement – referring or escalating to Tier 3 as needed
- Maintain, update and improve the Tier 1 scripts for Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
- Support the education of Tier 1 colleagues on Talent & Engagement processes
- Support the activation of the Employee Engagement calendar and work with regions/sites to support detailed EE preparations and set-up
- Consolidate EE survey feedback
- Support the calendaring and coordination of post-EE survey results briefings
- Identify areas for continuous improvement for handling SP and EE queries and work requests and support their implementation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a shared service organization
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in working in HR function
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in a customer facing role (can be internal or external customers)
- Strong customer service orientation and cultural sensitivity
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills including gathering, analyzing and interpreting data coupled with curiosity to dig in and identify root causes and solutions;
- Experience of implementation of projects/continuous improvement initiatives a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong integrity; experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
