Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate is in charge of getting new clients and managing current accounts. In order to get new clients, must prospect for leads, establish a first contact with leads, set up meetings with potential clients, listen actively and ask questions to the Client about his company’s direction and his needs, present our products and services in an attractive manner, create a program proposal based on client’s needs, and present the proposal to the client. The client may give feedback and propose changes to the proposal. When the program design is completed and accepted by the client, the Business Development Associate must draft the contract and send it to the client.
- Prospecting for Leads
- Attending networking events and build relationship with prospective clients
- Network across JCCI business units for cross selling opportunities (e.g. attend Monday sales meeting, monthly sales and production conference)Prepare - research and organize necessary resources for client meetings

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or other related courses
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate sales or business development
