Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

• Email Marketing Campaign Coordination: responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and measuring the success of timely email marketing campaigns using Eloqua.
• Development of nurturing (triggered) email campaigns within Eloqua and ability to share best practices with business marketing teams to assist with the strategy and development of programs.
• Assist with developing lead scoring strategy as needed.
• Implement campaign creation including, communications, distribution and production of email and landing page creative, as appropriate for targeted customer segments.
• Measure and analyze email marketing activities with appropriate tools, and communicate measurements and performance against the established criteria; define recommendations and present to Marketing decision makers.
• Use oral and written communication skills to educate others on plans and results.
• Work closely with Marketing department to ensure the most effective communication and marketing processes are used, in compliance with branding objectives.
• Develop understanding and strengthen knowledge of email marketing best practices within the marketing team.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the content.
• Represent our team on cross-functional steering committee

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • 4-year college degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing or Business
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing environment. B2B experience preferred.
  • Eloqua 10 certification is required.
  • Experience with Eloqua Profiler and Engage preferred.
  • Experience developing or implementing nurturing and scoring programs preferred.
  • Proficiency of MS Office suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of, and communicate, new technology and marketing trends.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Knowledge of and ability to code HTML strongly preferred.
