- Supervising and managing the staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling employees
- Overseeing inventory management, including ordering products, tracking stock levels, and restocking when necessary
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized at all times
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service possible
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Ensuring that all products are properly displayed and marketed to customers
- Working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Developing and managing budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue and making adjustments as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' of leadership and project management experience perferably in a retail or operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels
- Knowledge of fashion and customer service best practices
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at a women's retail store. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
