Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Select and outsource relevant suppliers
- Verify purchase requisitions
- Negotiate contracts and process with the supplier
- Ensures that the requested items are tally
- Check the actual delivered materials and match with the purchased order and billing invoice before payment processing.
- Prepare purchase order
- Coordinate to suppliers for any discrepancy of materials receipt with documents receipt.
- Process PEZA forms
- Ensure to prepare annual General Transportation Surety Bond
- Select and outsource relevant suppliers based on requestors.
- Verify purchase requisition
- Perform the purchasing of local and issuance of Purchase order
- Check the actual delivered materials.
- Liaise with Production Planning for the shipment schedule and for the arrangement of shipment with the shipping lines and forwarder
- Submit the shipping documents to shipping line and forwarders for their processing.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Import and Export
