Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications, produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Compile project specifications
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Keep within budgets and timelines
- Traveling regularly to building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings
- Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Playing a part in the project and team management, working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- Coordinate with clients to ensure that the plans conforms to their wishes
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board Professional License Exam) in Architecture.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Design and Project Management is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Architecture.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software.
- Above average knowledge and skills with 3D Rendering (3D Sketchup andLumion)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
