Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Forecasting the cost of different materials needed for the project
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation
- Tracking all changes to the design and /or construction work and adjusting the budget projections accordingly.
- Procuring or agreeing on the services of contractors and subcontractors who work on the project
- Procuring materials, monitoring the procurement process until completion, and communicating the progress to the project manager
- Monitoring and keeping all records for the work that has already been done
- Liaising with the site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
- Helping in selecting and sourcing the construction materials
- Writing reports regarding all the works
- Embracing the JIS Learning Dispositions of Resilience, Resourcefulness, Relating, and Reflecting.
- Performing other related duties and assuming other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering (Civil is preferable)
- Minimum 5 Years of work experience in construction or project environment.
- Strong numeracy skill
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Excel & Specialist Software)
- Good in English, both verbal & written
- Able to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and prefer to use methodical approach at work
- A clear commitment to Child Protection, safety, service learning, and environmental stewardship

Về Jakarta Intercultural School
With five original students, Jakarta Intercultural School was founded by UN workers in 1951. These pioneers introduced relevant schooling in English for children of expats in the newfound Republic of Indonesia. From early days the school's international identity was clear. It was originally named the Joint Embassy School (J.E.S.) after its British, American, Australian and (then) Yugoslavian embassy partners. Just over a decade later, in 1978, J.E.S. became Jakarta International School and in 2014, Jakarta Intercultural School.
