Vendor Relations Coordinator  

The Vendor Resources Team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our external partners from negotiation and onboarding to communications and performance monitoring.

As a vendor relations coordinator, you will be reaching out to and communicating with third-party vendors to find external resources to support the needs of operation teams and the sales team. The subtitling VRC will be in constant communication with internal teams to figure out what resources to find. They will also be in constant communication with external vendors to ensure quality and confidentiality standards are met. Overall, the subtitling VRC will be responsible for finding resources to satisfy the company’s lacking capacity.

This person will be responsible for recruiting, testing, and monitoring subtitling vendors along with the management of documents for both subtitling and dubbing vendors. This person may also support the VRC for dubbing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Communicate with internal teams to determine resource needs
• Communicate with and onboard subtitling vendors
• Search for vendors (online)
• Guide vendors through iMTrax from registration to project delivery
• Assign vendor tests and monitor deadlines
• Work with evaluators to get scores and update operation teams
• Manage all vendor contracts (VA, NDA, AOR, etc.)
• Monitor subtitling vendor performance/quality
• Update subtitling vendor sheets
