UI | UX Designer | Mid Level Position  

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. Experienced with design software and wireframe tools

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Design graphic user interface elements, such menus, tabs, and widgets

• Build page navigation buttons and search fields

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

• Assist in the definition of application architecture

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

• Iterate and make changes based on user feedback

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Open for 1 Mid-level UI/UX Design.
• Deep understanding of and interest in UI/UX Design
• Experience with any prototyping tool (ie Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools/software quickly
• Strong knowledge of web application and mobile application UX design standards and best practices
• Lead on all facets of the UX process from concept generation to quality assurance
• Experience in designing a SaaS platform
• Must be patient and a keen observer
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willing to work Onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines
