Intermediate Microsoft Support Engineer  

Area of Responsibility:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries by providing product engineering support for Microsoft 365
• Knowing the products inside and out to accurately assist customers
• Participate in project / support team in the field of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, O365 and Azure Services technologies
• Problem analysis, troubleshooting and 1st level support in the event of malfunctions in direct contact with users, partners and manufacturers in the hardware and software area
• Interface between customer support and ITVT support
• Assisting in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimating, and presenting M365 solutions to clients.
  Participating in the development of documentation, including technical designs, implementation guides, and user manuals.
• Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate remedial actions.
• Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.

Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Atleast 3 years professional IT experience preferably in system integration
• Good in English both oral and written communication
• Ideally completed training in the IT area, preferably IT specialist system integration
• Knowleadgeable with MS Infrastracure and Office 365 environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Services, O365, Azure Services, backup technologies, routing, VPN, mobile device management
• Experience with ticket management systems such as Dynamics CRM.
