Marketing Associate  

Marketing Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze the cost to revenue data based on areas assigned
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports related to sales =ROI
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities

Training Responsibilities :

• Handle promotional coordination and development materials and content to increase training attendee count
• Coordinate with Sales Training Group to ensure alignment of KPI’s timelines and copy /promotional message for training
• Ensure all promotional materials are launched, sent out at the agreed timeline
• Monitor effectiveness of campaigns thru bounce rates, CTR’s and enrollees by the source of promotion

Regional Liaison Responsibilities :

• Handle specific regional operation in terms of key or essential marketing activities/support
  • Events / Promotional Materials
  • Preparation for development of support materials
• Coordination with key support groups internal to ITG and external thru suppliers and /or event organizers

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate
• A team player can handle multiple deadlines and tasks, can perform under tight deadlines
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, word , powerpoint, google forms
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude as well as project management skills
• Has working knowledge and experience of Photoshop, Web press, or other media editing software, knowledge of visual communication principles
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, web analytics and Google Adwords will be a plus
• BS degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
