Operations Manager  

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the continued growth and overall viability of the branch operation by attaining its financial targets and through training and development of manpower, strategic market plans, and overall support to its operating units

• Manages operations of the branch.
• Sets performance target of the branch. Develops and oversees implementation of strategic plans, directions and programs of the branch.
• Strengthens the Company’s position in the industry through close monitoring of financial growth and stability, develops, and cultivates markets and seeks opportunities for growth.
• Nurtures mutually beneficial relationships with franchisers, Isuzu Phil. Corp., as well as with other significant suppliers and government agencies.
• Reinforces strict implementation of Company policies and procedures to ensure harmony and order in the workplace.
• Oversees developmental aspects of the associates especially of the direct subordinates through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
• Maintains harmonious customer relations through the implementation of various marketing and customer service activities.
• Promotes synergy among the Ayala Group of Companies.
• Performs Functional Directorship function to ensure standardization of programs and operating policies.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be proper and necessary to promote and enhance customer satisfaction as well as to sustain the viability and continued profitability of the branch.

• Preferably a graduate of Business Management/ Administration.
• MBA is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations, automotive background is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind and sound business judgement, flexible, goal-oriented, results-oriented, and decisive but calculating.
