Job Summary:

Responsible for managing client relationship with assigned accounts, as well as developing new business from existing clients. Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

Major Functions:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned 200 corporate accounts.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Prepares various reports in reference to the accounts being handled
  • Facilitates solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course
  • Automotive work experience and account management experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the business/operations and market dynamics
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels in the organization; manage contact matrix ensuring that all potential points of contact and influence are being served appropriately
  • Ability to understand and anticipate clients’ existing and future needs in depth and communicate this within his team and company
  • Has good understanding of financial tools, including profit and loss and growth achieved in the key accounts.
  • Ability to effectively balance time between company and client requirements; skilled in conflict resolution and a superior problem solver
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from both clients and the company
