Branch Finance Officer  

The Branch Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing the activities of Finance Department of the branch assigned.

• Handles posting of journal entries to the Journal Book.
  • Prepares General Ledger and Financial Statements of the branch.
• Handles and ensures timely submission of tax and other regulatory requirements of the branch.
• Coordinates with Human Resources Dept. on payroll-related entries and transactions.
  • Ensures that remittances to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and APMC tally with books.
• Handles the accounting of fixed assets and low-value assets of the branch.
• Handles the preparation and analysis of the following schedules.
  • Other Current Assets, Other Current Liabilities, Accounts Payable-Suppliers and Taxes & Licenses.
• Prepares the weekly Status Report of the Accounting Dept.
• Coordinate and comply with the requirements of internal auditors, SGV, Ayala Corporation, BIR, and other government agencies.
• Monitors and ensures that set-up internal control policies and procedures related to vehicle sales transactions are complied with.
• Prepares Journal entries related to assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of Finance and Accounting.
• At least 7 years experience in Finance and Accounting related roles.
  • 3 years of which are in Audit.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Result oriented with exceptionally strong leadership skills.
• High analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• With 2 vacant positions, each will be assigned in Mandaue and Cebu branch respectively.
