• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email • Validate Reservations through web or by calling hotels
• Validate transaction and change the ownership to the new buyer’s name
• Manage and resolve customer complaints • Provide customers with product and service information
• Update customer information into system
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer calls when necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least six (6) months experience in the BPO industry
- Customer Service experience is an ADVANTAGE
- Applicants must have excellent communication and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and call handling skills
- Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
- Can work under pressure and deliver fast results/
- Willing to work in shifting schedule and in Ortigas Center
