Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Recruit qualified candidates including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking.
- Determine and implement recruiting best practices.
- Coordination with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate.
- Post positions that will attract candidates/create advertising.
- Ensure that personnel requisitions are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews.
- Schedule interviews.
- Administer background investigations.
- Serve as backup to other HR Specialist when needed for benefits and HR needs.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 months in an HR role focused on recruitment of all levels of employees from entry level positions to Senior Leadership positions.
- Must have knowledge and experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential material
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
