Media Analyst  

• Produce carefully written and constructed business reports that provide in-depth analysis of available data for better communications, marketing, and brand management.
• Confidently present reports on a periodic basis, and at times, analysis frameworks for pitches, in front of stakeholders and decision makers.
• Proactively study best practices in media analysis and other communication research concepts.
• Manage projects effectively in order to meet client deadlines and to allow for collaboration/review.
• Maintain and monitor high accuracy levels and quality standards.
• Create analysis frameworks and briefs that match client interests and meet their objectives, if and when the need arises.
• Innovate work processes by developing and managing macros, data visualization tools, and other means to lessen manual analysis treatment while maintaining accuracy of the data.
• Ensure data analysis is completed with a high standard of quality through various methodologies and processes.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain a consistent daily output of reports while maintaining a high level of accuracy and keeping to strict client deadlines.
• Provide support to other Insights Analysts, Data Analysts, and Data Assessors in accessing, understanding, entering and performing quality control checks on data.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Insights & Research Director as head of department and support the team.

• Work under the guidance of the Insights & Research Director as head of department, Insights Managers and Research Managers to manage a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule ranging from data quality assurance, reports writing, to client presentations.
