• Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia / Nationality: Any
• Start date: December 2018
• Contract: Six-month fit-period, full time position afterwards
• Reporting to: Center Manager
• Compensation: a competitive all-in salary

Full time teacher for tuition center with work hour start from 10.00 - 19.00 (Mon-Fri) and 08.00 - 17.00 (Saturday)

About IQ Education

IQ Education is a new after school tutoring concept that reimagines the way we teach children. We are a co- learning space where children between the ages of 6 and 12 get a chance to practice English and learn important subjects while having fun. Our IQ centers teach English and Math along with coding and life skills – unlocking potential and grooming future leaders.

Qualifications

Must have’s (if you don’t tick all the boxes please do not apply):

• Energy / Sense of Humor
• Enjoy being in the company of young children and coaching them
• Fluent English is a MUST
• TESOL Score minimum 26 out of 30 or TOEFL Score 525 out of 600
• Primary school teaching experience
• Grit / Willingness to work hard
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and work in the trenches
• Ability to cope with uncertainty / growth mindset
• Smart but humble
• Willing to relocate to any center

Nice to have’s:

• Experience teaching across multiple subjects and multiple curriculums
• Curriculum development experience

A potential match is street-smart and ‘hungry', and willing to embark on the most entrepreneurial journey of his or her life! We prefer entrepreneurial and energetic ‘can-doers’ that like to get into the dirt over suited up, corporate office workers.
