Accounting Manager  

• Overseas the general accounting and finance activities (receivables & payables).
• Responsible for closing activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage the accounting department.
• Oversees all aspects of cash flow management.
• Review and monitors the plans and forecast expense reports.
• Conducts regular internal audits to ensure compliance to company processes, procedure and the best practices.
• To champion process improvement as required / needed.
• Promotes a positive work improvements that contribute to increasing efficiency and productivity of the team.
• Ensures that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently. Appropriately and correctly.
• Continuously seek ways to improve as well as his/her teams through the upgrading of skills, coaching, counseling etc.
• Conducts department audits to ensure adherence to processes, procedures, and best practices.
• To perform other duties as assigned by Management.
