Responsibilities:
- Grow account revenue and company branding
- Build strong relationships with your account and platform counterparts
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers
- Develop promotion plans and activation calendars
- Align with x-functional colleagues to drive account performance (Content, Operations, Chat)
- Ensure all account / store KPIs are met
- Collaborate on on boarding and growth plans for new accounts
- Collaborate with management on revenue goals, planning and forecasting
- Work together with Intrepid leadership to ensure account retention and growth

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple accounts across all ecommerce platforms in Indonesia. As the account’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and plans for your brands and take ownership of their stores like it is yours. You negotiate with account and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the account, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your accounts successful.
You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
- University degree
- Fluent in Bahasa, proficient in English
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in E-Commerce/Consultancy/ Brand/ Distributor
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Experience in creating promotion calendars and monthly activation plans
- Experience in managing and growing stores on one or more E-Commerce marketplaces
- Experience in developing digital / E-Commerce campaign plans is a plus
- Analytical skills to analyse data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Project management experience
- Good excel and power point skills
