Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
1. Facilitates bank transactions as follows:
- Deposits and payments to suppliers/companies
- Encashment of checks for payroll reporting purposes
- Payment of taxes
- Passbook updates
- Other bank transactions
2. Record and Sorting of disbursements of various companies
3. Performs simple bookkeeping as follows:
- Writing and updating of books of accounts of various companies
- General Ledger
- General Journal
- Disbursements (cash and check)
4. Maintains and files relevant documents of the Company to ensure proper monitoring (compiled per month)
5. Assists supervisor in finance/accounting work when needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least (1) year of work experience with full knowledge of general accounting, is an advantage
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Must be highly organized with keen attention to details
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
