- Report directly to the President of the organization.
- Assist in coordinating between top management and staff, accompany the President in high-level meetings to take minutes, draft business correspondences, arrange appointments, liaise with board members, file and track corporate documents, and other administrative tasks assigned by the President.
- Serve as the point person for managing and marketing the school’s facilities.

- Willing to be based in SBMA (Subic Bay Metropolitan Area), Olongapo City
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in office software programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Drive)
- Skilled at business writing
- Able to liaise with top management
- Flexibility and openness to new tasks
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course or equivalent

WHO WE ARE
The International School of Sustainable Tourism is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization that provides learning opportunities for advocates, aspiring practitioners and professionals in the field of sustainable tourism.
WHAT WE DO
Build the capacities of individuals, communities, and professional groups in integrating sustainable development in their tourism-related endeavors. We organize workshops, seminars, short courses and conferences on various aspects of sustainable tourism, offer consultancy services for tourism master-planning, and provide customized learning programs based on the needs of the requesting organization.
WHY WE DO IT
We believe that tourism is more powerful if it benefits local communities, awes travellers and safeguards the environment, all at the same time.
