Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant  

• Manage all bank accounts
• Download cash on a daily basis
• Review and post cash after it’s been entered
• Determine correct resolution for cash applications that are open to question, may require account research
• Enter cash received from legacy acquisitions
• Prepare, review and post ACH payments for all bank accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts requiring a historical review of invoices and payment application
• Research misapplied and unapplied funds and make adjustments as necessary. May involve doing an account reconciliation for a customer, determining if a credit memo or refund is due or some other course of action.
• Prepare accounts for tax correction

Review and process small balance write-offs

• Prepare bad debt write-offs
• Review and post credit card chargebacks
• Prepare NSF adjustments
• Manage credit balances
• Review and process refund requests
• Send short pay tax payments/emails to customers
• Handle all of the lockbox documents received via mail
• Other accounting duties as requested or determined

• Willing to work in Northgate, Alabang;
• Minimum of 6 months - 3 years in SSI/BPO;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills
