- Troubleshoot post-implementation issues
- Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
- Produce and maintain customer specific resolution documentation
- Ensure tickets are responded to customers’ satisfaction in a timely fashion and quality manner
- Facilitates escalation of issues and incidents to the principal as the need arises. Closely coordinates simulated, evaluated scenario and recognizes and upkeep provided resolutions
- Facilitates with system upgrades, health-check, and evaluation maintenance
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Computer Science/IT
- 1-3 years of experience in POS support or implementation
- Problem Solving and Decision Making
