Junior Associate, Digital Marketing  

As a Junior Associate, Digital Marketing, under the supervision of the Director for Sales and Marketing to whom you will report directly under the terms of this agreement; you are expected to carry out the tasks outlined below:

• Public Course and Public CG Event invitation, registration and dissemination
  • Prepare the Google Forms/Sheets
  • Map schedule/calendar for updates
  • Update website for detail changes i.e., no. of participants, registrants’ name, etc.
  • Send out invitations/ reminders via email for courses (includes monitoring, follow-throughs and data management)
  • Creating e-mailers invitation using Canva, Mailchimp, and Photoshop
  • Gather necessary information needed for the invitation
  • Trigger Confirmation E-mails via Gmail, mail-merge and Text Blasts
  • Create snaphots and update Mancom on status of registrations
  • Assist in manual registrations and reservations
• Assist Marketing Communications in develop marketing materials, text and graphic design
  • Basic Photoshop editing for social media uploads and or event/ photo documentation
  • Photo editing for materials in Social Media
  • Assist in Social Media updates
• Work with Marketing Communications in coordinating with marketing agencies and partners
• Assist in the program delivery ICD events
• Assist in doing sales and collections follow-ups
• Attend to phone inquiries and liaise internally with various ICD units to resolve customer concerns
• Other marketing-and-event-related tasks as required

• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Social media savvy
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• At least have an average skill in Excel
• At least have an average skill in Powerpoint
• Graduate of Marketing-related courses is require
