- Review financial reports and significant accounts to ensure the defensibility and reasonableness of financial reports
- Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flows) and prepare Management and Dashboard Reports
- Act as support to business simulations, budgeting, planning, and other special projects
- Assist the client’s finance and accounting people in terms of accounting-related concerns
- Mentor and evaluate performance of junior members of the team
- Review the work of junior members of the team
- Recommend improvements to the existing service delivery practices and procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related programs
- At least 2 years accounting experience
- Can gather, organize, and interpret financial data
- Preferably have experience interpreting non-financial results such as business drivers and indicators, valuation, statistics, economic data, etc.
- Willing to work and report in a hybrid environment (a combination of onsite work in Mabolo, Cebu, field work with clients, and work from home)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
