- Develop strategy, implement and manage Postpaid program / proposition to ensure competitiveness, increase of market share and innovation in consumer market
- Develop end to end postpaid campaign strategy and plan to increase customer awareness, acquisition and revenue
- Conduct postpaid profile analysis and initiate action to improve it.
- Initiate continuous GAP analysis and immediate actions to close gaps.
- Supervise and evaluates postpaid Program / Promotions development and implementation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- MInimum Bachelor Degree
- 4-6 years experience in mobile communication industry or FMCG.
- Proven track record and strong practice in the field of promotion, product and tactical pricing of Telco products or FMCG
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
