- Maintains a balanced and full-accounted general ledger
- Performs and reviews month end process including but not limited to lapsing of property and equipment, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation and clearing of accounts
- Performs bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliations (such as receivables, advances and payables)
- Generates trial balance and address all abnormal balances
- Generates draft of financial statements and submits to Accounting Manager or succeeding superior/s
- Finalize tax schedules and file tax returns upon approval of Accounting Manager or succeeding superior/s
- Reviews BIR Form 2316 of all external employees
- Prepares BIR Annual Reports including but not limited to Alpha List, Audited Financial Statements and Annual Income Tax Returns
- Monitors monthly KPI of Accounting Team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Shall be a graduate of any 4-year course with accounting or audit subject
- With at least 2-year experience on accounting-related function focusing on tax compliance and financial statements preparations
- With at least 1-year experience on handling or supervising staff
- With proficient knowledge in using Google Sheets and MS Application including but not limited to MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- With competent knowledge in BIR rulings, regulations and compliances
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
