Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The HR Specialist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different processes within Human Resources. They will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
Their responsibilities include:
- Job posting
- Source applicants through social media
- Invite applicants for screening
- Conduct Interview
- Conduct pre-employment examination
- Manage Database
- Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Perform other clerical functions which may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
- Must be experienced in handling mass hiring/recruitment on a daily basis (at least 1 year of experience is required)
- Must possess strong English communication skills (written and oral)
- Detail-oriented and goal-oriented
- Willing to work with a team, but can do tasks independently or under minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (temporarily WFH)
