Training Specialist conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of the client. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Training delivery
- Classroom facilitation
- Assessments
- Evaluation
- Monitoring
- Continuous improvement of training initiatives
- Continuous client communications
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Experience in facilitating & conducting training is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to go on fieldwork.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City, National Capital Region.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
