Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Your Assignments:

  1. Management of research budget: responsible for managing the research budget of IKEA Indonesia, and facilitating research requests from various departments / coordinating with finance over securing budget.
  2. External Research management: Plan, manage, optimize and communicate in a timely manner all consumer research according to business needs, including defining, vendor, designing, conducting and reporting all the relevant external research managing the complete process with external vendors. (ie. Preopening study, Come delivery..etc). Responsible for agreeing and assigning the research assignments for the business.
  3. IKEA research and reports management: Act as the contact point and manage all the surveys and research made by Inter IKEA systems for our markets (ie. BC, ICSS, Voice..etc). Secure the correct implementation, providing the necessary information in a timely manner and securing the quality of the output. Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure that all research is centralized and distributed appropriately.
  4. Internal Research & Survey management: Creating, managing, implementing, reporting and sharing all the insights from the customer surveys done through internal sources: Exit Interviews, website surveys, etc. Leveraging existing data and research from our customer base, plus creating new learning through new findings, to deliver compelling, creative insights and reporting to influence how we grow and how we solve customer problems. Create, implement and maintain a research plan for obtaining customer insights (using internal means: exit interviews etc.), and for a better understanding of the performance of each store, to help with things such as segmentation and targeting. Work cross-functionally to manage and disseminate research findings and insights. Communicate research insights and recommendations with team members stakeholders.
  5. REC Development: To help assist finance with the relevant information needed for business case development. Including, but not limited to, catchment analysis for different sites.
  6. Expansion related research: to support with the research and development of the Market potential development program a Primary Market Area definitions and Commercial Briefs.

Your Profile:

  1. Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills along with the ability to effectively influence via cross-functional partnerships, collaborations, and relationship building.
  2. Strong project management skills and ability to plan and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Have knowledge and understanding of consumer and market research with both qualitative and quantitative experience.
  4. Interested to learn in how to synthesizing inputs and drawing insights, and how to communicate them to the stakeholders.
  5. Preferably experienced in working with various research vendors and the ability to synthesize other research points into informed opinions and research backed directions/action.
  6. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team or teams, working in multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills. Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions.
  8. Proficiency with large datasets and data tools (e.g., map-Info).
  9. Able to analyze Expansion related data and spot as well as communicate insights.
  10. Working knowledge of Macro and Micro Economic Analysis.
  11. An understanding of qualitative and user-centered design evaluative research methods (e.g., ethnography, focus groups, diary studies, surveys).
  12. Knowledge of quantitative research methods and statistical concepts. Working knowledge of Macro and Micro Economic Analysis.
