Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  1. Secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels by ensuring that your department is al-ways striving to fulfil the three IKEA customer motivators: “Is it worth it?”, “Can I trust IKEA?”, “Is there something for me?”
  2. Collaborate and help Commercial Activity Leader to execute commercial activity according to the commercial calendar and store activity plan.
  3. Ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in your store through clear communication and secure that all functions take responsibility for delivering their part.
  4. Know your local market potential and work with your team and other functions to ensure the IKEA Brand is relevant locally throughout the different sales channels.
  5. Possess excellent knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, national priorities, volume commitments, local market conditions and local store competitors. You will use this information to add to, support and drive the store commercial calendar.
  6. Act quickly on commercial opportunities; changing availability of products (overstock and out of stock) and customer feedback (10 most asked questions).
  7. Analyze your activity performance: identify successful activities, solutions and ideas, and use this information to improve the planning of future activities.
  8. Focus on the impact of your actions and activities on the commercial activity target and know which results you have influence over.

  1. Interest in life at home or home furnishing.
  2. Enjoy working in a high volume and fast paced retail environment.
  3. Business minded and result driven with a customer focus.
  4. Having passion for selling, reaching your goals and getting the best for IKEA customers.
  5. Self reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as a part of larger team and cross functionally.
  6. Good analytical skills and communication skills.
  7. Ability to engage a receiver by creating a passion for your plans.
  8. Ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives.
  9. Ability to communicate in English.
  10. Ability to prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available.
  11. Willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat.
  12. Willing to work with on shifting schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
