Content Designer  

Position Overview:

The Content Designer will be in-charge of designing posters, banners, videos, and other materials for the company’s website, social media posts, and other internal and externa communications. He/she will also be in-charge of designing the company merchandise and tokens to be used for company activities and other initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should include the following but may not be limited to:
• Design and create social media postings, including but not limited to posters, banners and videos
• Work closely with the recruitment and communication and engagement team to assist them in their creative needs
• Design merchandise that the company can use as giveaways during company events
• Work closely with the TA team in executing, reviewing and reporting on social media campaigns, analyse campaign performance and translate data into recommendations for future campaigns content
• Edit, proofread and improve content
• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics

Work Conditions:

• Hybrid
• Able and willing to work on the night shift or any other schedule as required.

Requirements

• Ability to use Photoshop and other editing tools
• Quick start and able to finish task quickly and efficiently
• Able to have own creative ideas to execute as well as take directions
• Ability to create and edit videos
• Knowledge of SEO and Google analytics will be ideal but not required
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
