- Updating existing databases
- Support documentation as requested
- File maintenance - update IDN Media product files, permanent records, maps, and online files
- Maintain filing and archiving of all master documents and batch records. Store completed documents in the appropriate data files
- May perform pre-fill, in-process, and final inspections to determine acceptability of product, components and documentation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree required or any equivalent combination of education and experience utilizing administrative skills required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet the deadline
- Ability to acknowledge and respect confidential information
