DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible as Pre-Sales :

• Provide technical expertise (including training sessions)to sales forces and costumers.
• Costumer visits, training, and consulting.

1. Responsible as Solution Definition:

• Costumer product requirement gathering, identifying the relevant Oberthur products and solutions relevant to costumers needs.
• Setup and definition of product requirement including specification, testing, pre-production through to delivery.

1. Product Industrialisation:

• Main costumer interface for change requests and projects using new and existing technologies.
• Responsible for managing costumer requirements from specification to manufacturing.

1. Project Management:

• For specific projects launched by costumers, coordinate actions and departments involved in a new product productions (R&D, Tech Support, Sales, Industrial sites).
• Manage all internal departments (Sales, Costumers service, pre-perso and perso engineering & production) along with costumer and external organisation (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), from the technical proposal of the solution until the deployment, including security and key management procedures.

• EDUCATION : Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Computer System, majoring in Electro or Telecommunication.
• WORK EXPERIENCE : 3 -5 years of customer fronting technical support experience, Fresh Graduated who has good qualifications are welcome to apply
• TECHNICAL SKILLS : have a good programming skill: VB/C++, Network Topology, and TCP/IP.
• OTHER SKILLS : Presentable and friendly, articulated, communicates with confident, able to express thoughts clearly and concise. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Analytical, systematic, detailed, and organized.
• DESIRED ATTITUDE : Proactive, initiative, independent, and resourceful. Good commitment in excellence, good interpersonal skills and work attitude, ability to work independently and under tight schedule to achieve various project miles.
