Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Check and verify documents related to payment.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Input payment journals into finance system.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding to payments.
- Communicate with Bank related to banking activities.
- Manage petty cash.
- Prepare AP and AR reports.
- Manage all finance files.
- Responsible for ad-hoc projects and reports assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Max. 25 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with min. GPA 3.00.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (is a plus).
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Accounting, Finance, Banking, Taxation, and Reporting.
- Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
- Detail oriented, honest, and able to work in a team.
- Passionate and agile with startup life.
- Can join immediately, full time position(s) available.
