- Responsible for new sales leads / new projects.
- Responsible in the tender preparations such as:
- Tender requirements.
- Define technical specifications.
- Organize sales offer.
- Set customers meetings for proposal, bids, and negotiations.
- Drive the coordination meeting like after sales meeting with customer project teams for coordination at the jobsite.
- Maintain the following:
- Customer database.
- Sales funnel.
- Generate reports.
- Conduct market study and analysis.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With 10 years of work experience.
- 5 years of that should be directly related to sales work experience in the similar / closely related industry.
- Preferably the same industry Lift(Elevator), developers, or construction.
- Knowledgeable of the following:
- General B2B selling.
- Large project sales management.
- Manifests the following skills:
- Persuasion.
- Closing a negotiation.
