Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design, Development and Implementation of database system
- Install and configure MSSQL, POSTGRESQL
- Respond to queries related to database from user/ software development team
- Provide Database support services at all times to ensure continuous system availability
- Setup user access, privileges, and permission for database segmentation
- Perform database migration, backup and recovery
- Design specifications for database storage, database clustering, database security and audit solutions
- Produce database build documentation for standards adherence
- Utilize best practices, work plans, checklists and defined processes
- Perform database sizing and tuning
- Work with application architects to gather database requirements
- Participate in Software Development Project
- Test Databases and Perform Bug Fixes
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- Minimum 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MySQL, MS-SQL, POSTGRESQL.
- Strong knowledge on different server operating system such as Windows, Unix, Linux and etc.
- Familiar with DOCKER.
- Experience in Performance Tuning of Databases (MSSQL, POSTGRESQL).
- Background in SQL Query, Stored Procedures and TSQL.
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2012 or above and experience with MS-SQL Server in a clustered environment is required.
- Understand the Concept of Relational Database, Database Design and Acrhitecture
- Experience with replication (transactional or log shipping).
- Understand strategy to tune performance, file distribution, memory management and tuning SQL Statement.
- Experience in ETL Tools such as Pentaho.
- Understand Backup and Restore Databases.
- Shell scripting OS ( windows/ Linux ) capabilities for monitoring, Cronjob/ job scheduler.
