Mandarin Project Administrator  

The Mandarin Project Administrator will be primarily responsible for performing a variety of support responsibilities throughout the sale cycle. The successful candidate will act as a project administrator to perform contract management into the IBM system, raising billing to client and performing order management for deliverables. He/she will also ensure that all transactions are handled with minimum impact to the customers and in compliance with all the audit guidelines and approved processes. Other responsibilities will include partnering with the sales team to ensure that post-sales activities are performed accurately; liaising with different parties to complete the sales cycle; creating root cause analysis (RCA) for any service delivery upset or misses; identifying work process improvements and other tasks as required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese language is required for this role.

• Candidate must be proficient in using Mandarin Chinese and English as a language.

• Bachelor's Degree holders in any field are preferred. Vocational/Associate Degree holders, college undergraduates and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Must be willing to work in Eastwood City Libis, Quezon City.

• Must be willing to work in a day shift schedule.

• For regular, full-time employment.

• At least six (6) months working experience in a BPO/IT-enabled industry is an advantage.

• For non-native Mandarin Chinese speakers, an HSK Level 4 Certification or up is an advantage.
