Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Handle electrical systems maintenance by efficiently replacing and / or repairing bulbs, sockets, convenience outlet and fixtures
- Address issues such as security by ensuring that all alarms systems are properly set and in good working condition
- Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on systems and equipment
- Assist in repairing floors, windows and doors, and ensure that any replacement requirements are fulfilled
- Perform inspections of the premises on a regular basis to determine need for repair and maintenance activities
- Identify problem areas such as electrical and plumbing issues and report them to supervisors
- Work in conjunction with housekeeping staff to ensure consistent cleanliness and maintenance of the premises
- Perform some works with access control systems, refrigeration and protection systems, fire detection, building heating and other electrical and mechanical systems.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must at least possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must willing to work in FAIRVIEW, QUEZON CITY.
