- Conducts routine BP check-up every morning within the workplace to prevent occurence of unfortunate events related sickness.
- Organizes the Annual Physical Examination within the workplace.
- Manages the occupational safety and health in the workplace. Organizes Seminar related OSH such as Basic First Aid and Earthquake & Fire Drill.
- Formulates annual DOLE reports. (Annual sickness, Annual Accident)
- Provides employees the required documents for their Philhealth claims in time of hospitalization.
- Administers first aid treatments and provide medications for employees asneeded.
- Monitors and records the patient's condition.
- Assists all injured employees to the nearest hospital.
- Maintains all employees medical and other similar records.
- Secures and ensures that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate.
- Interprets and evaluates diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates.
- Schedules and assists annual medical examination of all employees.
- Generates medical reimbursement report every month.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Nursing.
- Registered nurse (RN).
- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Extensive experience in all facets of nursing care especially administration of medicines.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
