Job Title: Product Manager - Mobile App

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, possess a deep understanding of mobile app development processes, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the mobile app, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Feature Prioritization: Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and refine product features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear and concise product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Continuously communicate updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product delivery. Lead the product development process from conception to launch, managing priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Analytics and Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust analytics tools to measure the success of product initiatives. Use data-driven insights to iterate on features and optimize the app for user engagement and retention.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure the app meets high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Conduct thorough testing and validation of features prior to release.
• Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with marketing and communications teams to drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app development. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to enhance the app's competitive position and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of 3+ years in product management roles, with a focus on mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app technologies, platforms, and frameworks (iOS, Android).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
