Receptionist  

Podcast Network Asia is looking for Receptionist. We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Announcing clients as necessary.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting information as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including studio reservations,, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
• Good Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
• Open to Fresh Graduates
