Summary of Job Responsibilities

• Will assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager with day-to-day project related tasks as required such as updating documents based on direct feedback from the project manager, and does other administrative activities as directly requested by the project manager.
• Effectively assist the PMs and project in its day-to-day planning, monitoring & controlling.
• Assist the PM in compliance to all processes (initiate and drive)
• Other tasks will be assigned

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• Amenable to work on site in Pasig
• With stable internet connection (Reference: if Hybrid set-up is still available)
• Required: At least 6 Months of experience as Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager: With experience in using Microsoft Project or any alternative such as Trello; Worked as Coordinator of Banking/Finance projects
• Pleasing Personality
• Knowledgeable in IT: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Methodologies like Agile & Waterfall, Programming Language/s, etc.
• Good computer Skills: MS Applications like word and Excel (Pivot table), Powerpoint
• Good Communication Skills
