- The individual will be assigned to help departments for I.T support.
- Key activities and decision-making areas Typical Targets & Measures
- Conducts regular review of admin audit logs, IAM activities, DBA activities, and other admin related activities. Logs are reviewed on a regular basis
- Coordinate to Admins on logs findings and escalates to lead and unit head for any security breach detected as a result of review. Prepares incident report following existing guidelines. Identified security breach
- Create a report based on the review conducted and recommends on how to address identified weaknesses.
Trình độ tối thiểu
• Fresh graduates of Information Technology may be considered
• Has experience with IT Assistance
• Holds a college degree preferably with IT related course
• Preferably with working experience and knowledge on troubleshooting.
• Good Attitude towards pressure.
• Provide timeline to complete a task.
• Knows how to document a task.
