Salesforce Support | Temporary Work From Home Setup  

Key Job Functions and Duties:
 Identification of alerts and events affecting the applications
 Incident documentation and reporting
 Initial diagnostic / troubleshooting for severity 3 and 2 issues. Note Severity 3 and 2 issues are respectively defined as abrupt application problems and malfunctions but not bugs.
 Incident escalation of severity 1 issues or any incident that requires software coding to the client’s application development team
 Assess impact of application roll-outs and be on standby for such occasions
 Assist in building the knowledgebase / runbook.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
 Possess 2 – 4 years’ experience in the named relevant environments and platforms
 Experience working on Salesforce platforms or other CRM software packages (Microsoft CRM, Oracle On-Demand, SAP etc.) preferred
 Direct experience working on CRM projects for the financial services sector
 Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery, REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.
 Salesforce experience of at least two (2) years
 Salesforce Admin certification is highly desirable
 Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems.
