• Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.
• Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
• Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software.
• Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
• Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
• Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
• Managing local area networks, installing and maintaining routers, generating email addresses, and creating passwords and backups.
• Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases.
• Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.

• Need someone who has experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Someone who understands and has been heavily involved completing each stage of SDLC Business Analysis (not analytics, those are 2 different areas)

• Client centric and business centric • Understands both the business needs and the technology solutions

• Experienced in Solutioning SA&D (Systems Analysis and Design) • Experienced in providing IT Solutions and Recommendations

• Very good in translating business requirements into a System Architecture and into a detailed system design Project Management of Applications Development Projects

• Has years of experience managing applications development projects • Can handle multiple Appdev Projects at a time

• Has years of experience handling critical and complex AppDev projects • Can handle outsourced AppDev projects

• Experienced dealing with several applications managers, and software/application developers

• Been using waterfall and agile methodologies
