Digital Delivery Lead | Scrum Master Certified  

The Digital Delivery Lead will lead the bank’s digital programs and projects together with the Business Enabling Teams through collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery by having a thorough understanding of the technical design, process flows, and data flows that ensures adherence to both business and technical requirements and standards. The Delivery Lead should understand the business, data, application, technology, and risk map of the project and ensure the alignment with the bank-wide strategic goals - 24/7 availability, six sigma reliability and service delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and “sell” the project goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.

• Strong business acumen, especially in banking business. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation related to banking.

• Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.

• Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints. Desired Experience & Qualities:

• Broad and Deep technical background with at least eight years work experience in a senior role

• IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development knowledge

• Knowledge of project planning tools.

• Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.

• Knowledge about how other organizations are employing current and emerging technologies to drive digital business.

Qualifications and Accreditations:

• Professional Cloud Solutions Architect Certification is an advantage

• TOGAF certification is a plus

• Agile and Scrum Master certification

• PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
