- The Informatica Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of the Informatica Big Data Management (BDM) release 10.x, the Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), the Intelligent Data Quality (IDQ), Big Data Quality (BDQ), the Axon Data Governance Tool and Web Services. They will be responsible for configuring and managing Informatica LDAP and SSO configurations and maintaining, enhancing, configuring, and tuning all Informatica domains. Also, configuring integrations between multiple RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB) sources to Hive, Spark or HDFS Big Data target environment (Cloudera/Hortonworks).
- Install, configure, and administer the Informatica platform for maximum utilization and throughput
- Managing the 24/7 PROD environment with High Availability and GRID setup (A Grid consists of a Master and at least one member. A Grid member can be a single appliance or an HA pair).
- Perform Informatica (BDM, BDQ, BDS, EDC and Axon) System Administration including Team Based Development administration.
- Upgrading and migrating BDM, BDQ, BDS, EDC and Axon versions of 10.x to latest.
- Set up access roles and privileges, code page setups, appropriate ETL migration activities and scheduling jobs
- Liaise with Systems Administrators, UNIX, Network and DBAs, scheduling and implementing software patches and upgrades
- Understand Informatica Mappings and perform tuning for better performance.
- Document release management process, ETL migration and database changes
- Automation of monitoring Informatica environments using UNIX, infacmd, pmrep, pmcmd and other Informatica command line language
- Support production jobs with performance tuning and troubleshooting issues
- Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements.
- Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements.
- Monitor the jobs and server space availability and CPU process
- Create and maintain repository services, integration services, MRS, DIS, Analyst, CMS, Search, RDS and Web Services

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills
- Extensive experience in Informatica and Linux
- Experience in Informatica Administration
- UNIX shell Scripting (bash, sh, perl)
- Informatica command line experience
- Hands-on experience integrating Informatica products into the Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera)
- Qualifications and Accreditations:
- Informatica certification is preferred
